Right of Withdrawal

For purchases of digital products where delivery begins immediately, the right of withdrawal does not apply, cf. the Danish Consumer Contracts Act §18, section 2, no. 13.
By completing the purchase, you accept that delivery begins immediately and that your right of withdrawal ceases.

All prices are listed in DKK and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment is made through a secure payment service (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).
Card details are not handled directly by Aligned by Choice.

The webshop Alignedbychoice on the website www.alignedbychoice.com processes personal data from the customer in order to fulfill and further confirm the terms and conditions for processing electronic orders and shipments, and for the necessary communication within the legally required timeframe.

Source of Personal Data

The Data Controller processes personal data obtained with the customer's consent and collected through the purchase agreement and fulfillment of the electronic order created in the webshop www.alignedbychoice.com.
The Data Controller only processes identification and contact information necessary for fulfilling the purchase agreement.
Personal data is processed for shipping, accounting, and necessary communication between the contracting parties within the legal timeframe required by law. Personal data will not be published or transferred to other countries.

All personal data must be deleted once the required storage period has expired.

Third parties who process the customer's personal data are subcontractors of the Data Controller. These service providers are essential for the successful fulfillment and processing of the electronic order between the Data Controller and the customer.

In accordance with the Regulation, the customer is entitled to:

The Data Controller declares that all technical and organizational measures necessary to protect personal data have been taken.

Final Provisions

By creating an electronic order on the website www.alignedbychoice.com, the customer confirms that they have been informed of all conditions for personal data protection and fully accepts them.
The customer accepts these rules by checking the box in the order form.
The Data Controller may update these rules at any time. The updated version will be published on the website.
